Want to quit smoking but don’t know which one is the best way to quit smoking. I had also faced this problem while I was looking for something to quit my smoking. That means when we are using electronic cigarette we are not polluting environment because something that comes out are vapors and vapors are completely environment friendly and it has been proven in electronic cigarette reviews. We are not even damaging others health because there is no second hand smoke with electronic cigarette as discussed in e cigarette reviews.


To quit smoke we have to do something on our own. It needs lot of strength and a promise to you. Do not give up. With every failed attempt, you learn something and those lessons make you stronger. The main thing is to realize that just because you did not make it, does not mean you will not be successful in the next attempt. After a failure, gather your thoughts and come up with new strategies for the next time.


The thing that force us to smoke is the desire to smoke and it is one of the first things you notice when you stop smoking. Such a moment lasts a few minutes. It comes, stays for a while and then goes. If you have stopped smoking recently, you will have that desire more often than after a few weeks.
